POINT WELLS A
DESIGN BRIEF:
The clients wanted a large deck to encompass a swimming pool off the main living area. With a closed in pergola, at one end, to house the BBQ and service facilities. A large deck was envisaged for entertaining and relaxing in the sun with timber seating built in also.

Simple paths to the main entrance and down the side were proposed along with screening from the neighbours and the introduction of gates for security.

Raised veggie gardens were considered near the water tanks with timber screening also in this area.

OVERVIEW:
Black oxidized concrete was used for the stepping paths with white chip around. Ready lawn was laid for all the lawn areas with timber edging between the lawn and garden beds.
A composite deck was laid on the same level as the main floor and encircles the focal point swimming pool.
A large timber planter was built along the back of this space with Titoki trees adding green and contrast into the space.

We designed and constructed this garden.
